Less is more approach will not make good design. Design for people approach is aiming to holistic product experience. Design should be more emotional, intuitive and experience driven, yet experience should be playful because we are humans.

For us product experience is combination of user observations, ideas and good design. We are curious to understand peoples behaviors and unmet needs. Using rapid ethnography and experience prototyping methods, we can discover what people really want and what they feel.
